HAs anyone here got the same 221g? We wanna know how it went for you guys and hope you can share your status now.

And does the evidence of current sustained income, does this means we have to redo my husband's I-864 forms? or just the documents for his employment?

PLEASEEEE we need your help

What evidence did you provide initially apart from the letter of employment? Did you get tax return? Or w2? Any bank statements? What did you provide initially. Wheatley want is evidence he can support you it sounds like. Not a re-do of the form.

2/7/2014 (day11) noa1 hard copy arrived in the mail for I-485 I-131 I-765

2/14/2014 (day18) biometric appt letter arrived in the mail. Appt schedualled for 2/26/2014 11.00am.

2/18/2014 (day 22) biometrics successful walkin.

4/01/2014 faxed expedite supporting documents to number on letter sent to me. Waiting waiting waiting

4/03/2014 (68 days) EAD and AP approved text message sent status post decision. Hooray !!!

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm

Did you provide a letter from his employer stating when h I menaced working with the company how much he earns pe year?

We submitted these ff documents to NVC: cetificate of employment stating his $20 per hour and gross income of $41,600 and he's full time. Offer letter stating the same, 6 pay stubs. But he didn't file for Income tax return of 2012 cuz he didn;t make an income that year and he travelled here in the Philippines 3 times last year using his own savings... I asked my husband a letter explaining why he didn;t file the ITR on 2012 and i gave it to the pre screener..

WE submitted his 2010, 2011 income tax, bank statement $34k, equity for his real estate $19k.

He just started with his job this June 2013. They said this was the problem cuz he's just new in his job. But he'll be making $41,600 for gross income now. Isn't it big enough? i mean we'll qualify esp that it's just me and him. We didn;t inform the embassy though that isn;t really a new job, he worked for this company for 17 years from 1993- 2009 when he got laid off due to recession..

Also on the afiidavit of support our lawyer didn;t include his bank statement and assets on it.Should he have this information included on the I-864 forms? .. He just stated the income he'll be making now. But we provided bank statement and like i said the document for the equity on his house..

Ok.bso its just the tax return for 2012 left. Which if his employer is able to write a letter to verify that he earns that amount and he has been working from what ever date should be fine. Also with the bank statement showing his assets and savings. This should be adequate evidence to take to them,
