Any way to get a supervisor review sped up?

Our CR-1 visa application was progressing quickly and efficiently through the final steps at the NVC. Everything had been accepted and we submitted our DS-230 with accompanying documents on July 19th. August 12th rolls around and we get a checklist telling us we need to submit to a police certificate which of course we had submitted with our DS-230 back in July, 100% certain. We initiated a supervisor review on August 13th and still nothing yet. Last week we talked with supervisor Ike who emailed the document review department on our behalf to see what is going on with our documents and today he told us he heard back and that they just haven't got to it yet. On top of that the review time is now 20-30 days. We sent in another copy of the police report which was received on August 27th, but of course the review date for that one is 30 days now.

Does anyone know if there is anything else that can be done to speed up our review? We have been lucky so far. NOA 1 was March 19th and we applied from overseas. I'm returning to the US to start a new job soon and it is complicating the process for us with our visa being held up.

Nope. They process documents according to the date they received it, so, we all have to wait patiently.
