i need help

all of my paperwork is going to the right place.. my home, but the RFE's are being sent to my current street address, my birth city, my current zipcode.. and i cant get USCIS to listen .. and time is ticking

since the begining of the filing on Feb 14 they have sent all of my paperwork to my current home.. but this RFE stuff, i found out through my congressamn is being sent to my birth city.. i NEED to get all of this cleared up and they wont listen to me..

You don;t have a time line, it would help if you could update us on where you are in the process. What you have done to date, and where you are having problems. Be as specific as possible.

K1 visa (please note that i dont include each/every contact and certainly not the call backs from 2nd level.. you all unerstand there is a bunchof that as well)

receipt of file 2/14/03

notice of transfer to TSC mid june

contacted CIS to determine if that would change resulting deadlines when i received notice - TSC was not listed as working on 129Fs at that time.. they said no wouldnt cause problem

7/18 - contacted CIS to determine status, since it was past 5 months and i had heard nothing, and there was no measurement of what was happening in TSC started a Service request

7/18 - submitted request to local congressman to help me figure out status (congressman working with CIS Liason)

7/22 - received results of service request.. it would be up to 45 days ( love how they throw around number of days) to make decision

7/30 - contacted congressman to see what they had found out

8/2 - congressman notified me that CIS had sent out a RFE on 7/24.. no change to my online status, contacted CIS for details, they said wait until it arrives (most letters from CIS take 1 week from date to arrive here)

8/6- congressman supplies me with copy of RFE .. it had been sent to my present street address, my birth city, my present zip code oh and the file number on it was missing a digit as well

8/7 through 8/12 - get all documents that the RFE had requested (overnights to/from court houses in another state)

8/13 supply info to congressman to pass back to CIS (she wasnt sure that they would accept submission through her)

8/16 contact CIS about not receiving RFE asking for an overnight address to send evidence and copy of RFE to , they detail that they would send another out, i detailed the problem with the address

8/29 contact CIS that I still had not received 2nd RFE they checked their records, said they had 15 days to act on the 8/16 request for 2nd RFE and oh by the way they just posted the 2nd RFE that same day.

9/9 receive letter dated 8.29 from TSC stating that i had called and that i needed to supply the RFE as soon as possible since time was ticking - (the original RFE 7/24 gave me 87 days to suppy the evidence)

9/10 - first level phone call says they believe i can send copy that i have with the evidence, but final answer should be from 2nd level, 2nd level asks me why i am bothering her with same question, says i have to wit and hangs up on me)

as of 9/10 - still no RFE to file against congressman still involved
