On the DS-156 form when it askes for additional visa issuance, Question 30, what is it asking for? US type only or any I might have had issued or applied for in my past. My fiancee' had a working visa in Hong Kong before in her past...does she need to list it. Thank you for your help.

I guess only the US type visa ...when i filled up my DS156 form, I answered my first US B1/B2 visa only other than my now cancelled current tourist visa.

Yes U.S. visas only.

You fiancée will need to get a police certificate from Hong Kong being she lived there (if she was there for 6 months or more)
