i filed a few days ago and got my NOA. Today I got an email that the case has been transfered to CSC. Is this normal? I am worried as hell? Could something be wrong? help please!!!

Current Status: This case has been sent to another office for processing.

On December 6, 2006, we transferred this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. This case has been sent to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

This is happening to a lot of us. They're just speading the work out due to some center that are processing slower. Nothing to do with your particular application.

Patience is required for this process.

Normal distribution of work. Perhaps to balance the load at each service center. Nothing to worry about, however, I assure you.

12/30/2008: Overnighted I-751 package to VSC

01/06/2009: Check cashed

01/06/2009: NOA (arrived 01/09/09)

01/23/2009: Biometrics appt letter received

01/31/2009: Biometrics scheduled

05/20/2009: APPROVED

06/23/2009: 10 Year Green Card arrived

when i got the letter in the mail they told me that they moved it to speed up the processing.

i forget their exact wording, but that is pretty much what they said.

i had my biometrics on nov. 28th, i've been touched about 4 times since then.

i am still waiting, waiting, and waiting.

my god, i want a job.

Shanny how about hooking up with your EAD time line? I wonder when will I hear from them regarding my biometrics?! I guess I just have to be patient!

I got my Biometrics appointment today. Will have to go next thursday. But the notice was sent 11-30. Hope they approve it soon. I am not going to count on it!

I got my Notice from CSC. It just says they transferred it so it gets processed quicker. It was touched today too.. Lets wait and see what happens after the biometrics..
