Hello. I have a rfe and i want to know if i need to have a waiver or not. the rfe ask for the complaint and the deposition only and i have that now. should i send those only or do i need a waiver or support letters from family member. the crime happen over 15 years ago and is a stalking conviction. do i have to prove to uscis that im not a threat to her or what? what is my chance if i only send what they requested. according to the rfe, " the petitioner has indicated that they have been convicted of one of the specified crimes indicated under the international marriage broker's regulation Act." this is in regard to i-129f filing. need help!

To be honest, that is a big deal and I think a lawyer is the only qualified person to answer this. I have read somewhere though that during your fiance's interview, they are required to show/inform her about your history.
