@ nobrains what does it mean? my pd is aug 14, 2013 and our lawyer received our noa2 sept 4, 2013 but not yet received the hard copy. the bulletin is not current. can you tell if my application is affected? the lawyer said my papers is going to send to nvc? is this still nvc going to review my application eventhough the october is not current?

im not the expert here

yet your priority date is current

as long as its before september 9th 201 so you are ok

the waiting time depends on many factors how fast your lawyer send them how good he is and if they reuest more documents or not

so relax your date is included among the one taht VISAs are avilable to grant

againa re you K-3 ?

Congrats! When did u got ur NOA2? I got my NOA2 August 13 in email & in hard copy August 17 but still no case number. How did u got it? Am mean did called NVC or...? Thanks a lot!

I did get my NOA2 on August 10, yes i have been calling NVC after every 2 days. Have you called them yet?

No I just emailed them on 30 of August but no response till now. Thanks a lot for the reply!

NVC received all stuff july 22nd

second Afidavit of supprt August 15th still waiting for case complete

Seems like you and my brother are on the same stage at NVC right now.

I'm new to all of this, what does this mean for if my priority date is 8-16-13. I have not recieved anything since my NOA1 and my case is at the NBC. Is this good or bad for me?

Since your priority date is current per Visa Bulletin, once you got approved from USCIS and forwarded to NVC, visa is available for you, no waiting for your priority date to become current.

Please forgive my lack of knowledge, I'm fairly new to this site so still learning but I'm very intrigued to with this post but have to be honest and say I don't understand it. Thanks for explaining
