remember thousands waited for 2- 3 years

I am one of those thousands who waited for that long. This news is just shocking, in Gods time ill be able to cope up with this news. The VB is released that early ?

Since August and September made Current, most filers should have already submitted their 485. I think this new visa bulletin just means USCIS won't accept new 485 applications in Oct and those who had't submitted their 130 before Sept 8th won't be able to do concurrent filing in Oct. I guess USCIS just got enough applications to work on. We'll just wait :)

09/06/2015 - NOA

09/30/2015 - Done biometrics

Great news indeed! I cant complain. I got my NVC case number today. PD date 21 May 2013. Hopefully i get NVC completed by end of September.

Congrats! When did u got ur NOA2? I got my NOA2 August 13 in email & in hard copy August 17 but still no case number. How did u got it? Am mean did called NVC or...? Thanks a lot!
