I was in AP for 44 days when I decided to call US embassy Manila, then lo the next day after my call it was issued...received my K1 visa 50 days after my interview...did not received 221g or any paper after my interview and CO kept my passport....try to call ur country US embassy and inquire reason why your case is in AP if you haven't call yet.
