Form N-400: Does she need to attach marriage certificate? Applying based on five years of permanent residence!

My spouse is applying for her Naturalization and she received her green card as a derivative beneficiary of my employment based green card.

She entered US on H4 and later applies for adjustment of status based on my pending I-485 (adjsutment of status - employment based).

Her I-485 application was filed in the US and was approved.

Should she include anything additional (marriage certificate?) or just the normal documents [Form N-400, front and back copies of GC, check for $680] needed for an applicant applying for permanent residence of 5 year?

She is a stay at home mom so she doesn't have direct income of her own, I assume that shouldn't be a problem?

Thanks
