Photos of your visit are good. I assume your passport for entry stamps to validate post petition visits.

They typically do not accept any evidence that is on electronic media so I am almost certain the CD videos won't be acceptable.

Why your birth certificate? Was it asked for?

YMMV

To show that the sponsor is a USC? In that case, wouldn't the co-sponsor need to show a copy of their birth certificate or passport?

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

yes the co-sponsor will have the documents required to show they are a united states citizen

i am including my birth. cert. and passport b/c that is what i used as evidence with my orig. 1-129f submission

I'm not sure originals of birth certificate and passport will be needed - people don't want their documents flying in the mail, as they can get lost. Have you contacted the consulate/embassy and asked them if originals of these documents are needed? Yes, I know C.O.s can ask to see originals of any document submitted, but it doesn't hurt to ask them anyway. In Brazil, for example, they said a copy would suffice.

As far as I can tell, as long as you have:

K1 visa application and supporing required documents

Affidavit of support and supporting required documents

Proof of continuing relationship and intent to marry

Meical exam paperwork

Police Report etc - everything on the checklist - divorce decrees, fiances birth certificate with traslations if necessary

Sounds good to me! Just read through all your instructoins again verey carefully, including the checklist, and make sure you have everything IN DUPLICATE - ie make photo copies of original documents and be ready to show the originals if they ask to see them.

Good Luck!

Bill
