Good morning all,

I have an inquiry for you all.

Before we submit our AOS package, I wonder if you could help me understand something.

Could we use different passport photos for each application (AOS, EAD and AP) so long as the pictures resemble each other?

Someone might correct me, but I think it's fine as long as you submit 2 identical photos per form. The three forms are treated separately, nowhere have I seen that they require exact same photo for all the forms.

1/16/13 - Alien Registration Number changed

5/2/16 - I-751 Sent | 5/5/16 - Received by USCIS
5/6/16 - NOA1 to VSC
6/14/16 - Biometrics

4/19/17 - Approved! | 4/22/17 - Letter received | 5/4/17 - GC Received

I agree. It's three separate applications, so 3 different sets of photos should be fine. I don't know why they still ask for so many. They take a digital photo at biometrics that is used on the EAD/AP combo card.
