our packet... 1-completed and signed I-129F

2-form G-1145

3-$340.00 check

4-2-325A`s completed and signed.

(on both the I-129-F and the 325a`s,all unapplicable boxes filled with "none" or N/A.)

5-cover letter

6-1 2"by2" passport photos of us both....names on back

7-hand written "letters of intent" from us

8-copy of my birth certification and copy of my original certificate of live birth.

9-certified copies of my divorce decrees.

10-30 undated photos of songsang and i in thailand.

11-copy of expired and current passport photo pages and photos of entry stamps to thailand from both passports.

12-highlighted itineraries for my trips to thailand which of course correspond withthe passport stamp

13-copy of boarding passes from my last trip,all i have.

14-itinerary for my next trip to thailand,1-2014.

my response to 34a was short...."songsang and i met while i was on vacation in thailand 8-2012 and our relationship grew stronger over my visits to thailand 1-2013,4-2013 and 8-2013."

are we missing anything? we hope this is enough...thank you....stevie

more proof from your time in TH, receipts of places you have photos from, bank statements showing charges in TH, skype chat logs or similar to show ongoing relationship, snail mail, etc...

You don't need that for the I-129F but you will want that for the Interview after the I129-F is approved

Agreed, some people believe in front loading. It can't hurt. It's a personal choice I guess. But based on what others have experienced and my own experience, what the OP has done already should work for the 129
