Sent in passport stamps and lots of pictures of ya together. My mistake as only found out afterward that it wasn't going to be enough.

I would keep it simple. The itineraries don't actually show that you were on the plane, just proof that you bought a ticket (you could have cancelled). The boarding pass, however, does show that you were on the plane. I would focus on that.

My fiance and I only sent picture when we were together, passport stamps for both of us as proof meeting in person. I hope it wouldn't make us get an RFE. . But at least they've sent you an RFE which means your case probably would be adjucated in anytime soon.

A passport stamp should be good enough. Did you include every page of the passport, to show the stamp is really on yours and not a copy of another person's passport?

Passport pages with Entry/Exit Stamps (I would include all pages of passport), Plane Boarding Pass, ATM/Debit/Credit Card transactions done in your fiancées country, train tickets, Luggage Tags, etc..

I would write a letter about how you met and how you establish your relationship.. and about your last meeting..

You need to make an entire copy of your passport from front to back, every single page. Just sending the pages with the entry / exit stamp doesn't prove that they came from your passport. Also if you have the boarding passes from the flights, make a copy of them and include them in your response, it would be helpful.
