SLEC requirements

Hi guys,

Planning to do my medical next week. I have the following for my SLEC medical, but just need a second opinion (or more) if I got everything right.

1.) Valid passport

2.) 2 copies of passport biographic page

3.) 3 pieces 2x2 pictures

4.) 2 copies of Online Registration at St. Lukes (from the SLEC online application)

5.) 2 copies of my Interview Appointment Letter

Question: I read somewhere that this is a 4page email. Is this the email sent after I did the appointment online? Mine is only 2 pages and does not include the MNL#.

6.) 2 copies of NVC letter

Question: How many pages is this for a K-1? My fiance only received a snail mail of a single page doc with information which includes: Fiance's name, INS Receipt #, barcode, Case # (MNL#), with USEM address. Should I ask him if he received another mail? He said he didn't receive an email from NVC, even after sending an email inquiry. He got my MNL# by phone call though after 3 days of the email inquiry.

Am I missing something? I think I have read enough and read plethora of websites, but somehow, I still got a little worried with the last 2 requirements above, after reading some forums today. sad.png

Looks like you are good to go. +

No issues with the appointment letter/email or the NVC letter.

I think I should stop reading too much like especially the night before my medical. Haha. Or I won't be able to sleep at all! innocent.gif

Thanks, Hank! Words of comfort indeed... smile.png

Indeed, stop reading! Get some good sleep, you seem to have it all together. Relax, pass, and move on to the interview! When you get your shots, you know it all went well...

My fiancée K1 and her kids K2 completed their medical last week. My fiancée's comment afterwards was that too many stories with to many people throwing in unnecessary documentation other than what is requested on SLEC website. She said you just don't need the kitchen sink.

She said to relax, go and follow their directions, as they tell you every step of the way, where to be and when. If you are in normally good health you will not have a problem passing the exam. She said she had a very nice and very considerate Doctor for her exam. She couldn't believe how organized that SLEC and the process was.
