Hi! My parents and I will be attending the CFO seminar tomorrow at Qurino Avenue. I've been reading here that people line up outside the building as early as 3am. However, all these posts were made by fiancees/spouses, and I know that the seminar for fiancees/spouses starts earlier than the one for non-fiancees/spouses, and that there are more slots for general emigrants like me and my parents.

From what I know, there are 70 slots for general emigrants to the US everyday and the seminar starts at 10am.

What time do you suggest we go to the building? Do those 70 slots get filled up as fast as the fiancees/spouses category? Any feedback from those who've taken the seminar already will be much appreciated.

Thank you!

8 am will probably be your best bet. But be prepared to come back later in case you don't meet cut off

of those differences between us, for it is not difference which immobilizes us, but silence.
And there are so many silences to be broken.”

There are age exceptions for attending, age 60 and older do not have to attend, just register.

Thank you. We arrived here around 6am and now we're inside, seated, 8th to 10th in line. We're not even 70 yet, so I guess it's ok to arrive a little later as you suggested.
