My fiance stayed in UK for the past two years and chaged quite a few addresses during that two year period. When he filled the form G 325A he could list only 6 addresses up to June of 2005. But the form G 325 A states that we should list all the addresses for the past 5 years. What should I do? Shall I ask him to fill the remaining addresses in a different paper? Your reply is appreciated.

Thanks,

Kabilan

2 ways:

1) In the first line of G325A where an address should go, write no addresses, but make a statement to "See attachment for question #xx". On a seperate piece of paper, write "Attachment for question #xx" as the title and write all the addresses.

If you use more than 1 piece of paper, then number each sheet like "1of 2" and "2 of 2".

2) On the last line of the blanks for addresses on G325a, write "See attachment for question #xx". Then, attach a seperate piece of paper, mark "Attachment for question #xx" at the top as the subject and continue writing addresses. If you use more than 1 piece of paper, then number each sheet like "1of 2" and "2 of 2".

That is what I did. (And I wrote both our names on each additional page).

Brazilian address tend to be very long and so I did not even bother writing anything on the G-325A form besides "See addtional sheet".

I think it is common that people do that.

Also, if you have too many jobs to list on that form then you can add another sheet as well.

Just clearly mark everything so it is easy to understand and find.

You will have 4 copies of G-325A so print out 4 of that additional sheet.
