I agree with everyone else saying she should really visit you and make sure you take many photos. When you do book a trip to the US (if you do) I'd say a shorter trip is better than a long one, and ensure you can prove that you're going to leave again and that you understand the issues which would arise if you overstayed. If you get to the stage of being in a little room being questioned with someone going through your emails/facebook in another room, it's more often than not down to the discretion of the officer as to if they give you a chance or not, (if they can't find anything in your accounts to prove or disprove your intent) so being honest and genuine will be what it's down to.

Good luck to you guys.

Sorry your having so much trouble, etc. I know you keep saying it isn't feasible for your gf to come see you (kids, etc) over but I agree with most of the other posters, she just needs to find a way to come see you or you both visit in a easier to access country. I believe your just going to waste a lot of time, money and energy trying to go the route you are pursuing BUT that's just my opinion also.

I also don't believe there isn't 'anyone' here in the US who (at first) wanted to bring there significant other over here. (Come on over! I'll buy the ticket, etc, etc) but in the end its almost 99.9% the 'other' way around. With your first denial, its a very steep mountain to climb..... I do wish you the best of luck!!!

I'm pretty sure CBP can't ban you from using VWP. They can deny you entry at the time but I don't think they have the power to stop you using the waiver; only an immigration judge can do that.

I would suggest you have a one time consult with an immigration attorney; not about immigrating but about being able to visit using the visa waiver programme.

You could also try reapplying for ESTA, making sure to enter that you were denied entry previously, and see what it says.

Don't apply for a B1 visitor visa; your lack of employment makes it highly likely that you'd be denied.

Immigration judges don't bother with what foreign national can and cannot use the VWP. It's set out by laws, and being previously denied admittance on the VWP means no more VWP. Furthermore an attorney cannot change a decision about the VWP.

What do you mean, not wishing to be rude I just do not understand.

My Husbands Friend from school had visited us a couple of times in USA he was at our wedding etc.

Then he got stopped 1 time they checked his bank & his wages had not made it to the bank before he travelled but where due, so they denied him entry saying he had no enough money.

That 2009 his elder brother is getting married in USA in Sep ( he met an American girl in Australia & got a Finance Visa) so he applied for a B2 showed he had saved money for the trip & that he had a job, he still lives with his parents & he got a B2.

I remember my first visit waiting to get through security and when it was my turn I was quizzed so hard like why are visiting? To see my girlfriend. Where did you meet her? Online. What site? Facebook. Do you have a job? Yes. What that? Engineer. What's the companies name? Siemens. How long have you worked there? 15 months. Have any family in the UK? Yes. Who? Brother mum sisters. Got your flight initionaries showing a return flight home? Yes. Can I see? Yes of course. Ok that's great welcome to the US

get your gf to visit you. once you have a visa application rejected by the embassy, it's a mission impossible to get an approval. because we are from vwp countries, they tell you 90 days is more than enough for one trip. i tried applying for that six-month visa before and got denied. and once denied, you are flagged. i had a job, my own apartment and thousands in the bank. i got rejected because the bf was mentioned.

Perfecto!

They denied my B-1 Visa just because I mentioned was going to see my boyfriend. They handed me a paper and put, " apply I-129F for K-1 visa". I have a job, my saving, insurance, etc, even letter from my boss that stated I would going back to my country. The CO did not even peek into my thick papers.

I am surprised you got denied entry on the VWP, usually they don't ask many questions to VWP country people. Unless there is a red flag on your record, like have you ever overstayed in the past on the VWP? If our countries are able to use the VWP it is due that to them we are trustworthy and have a very low rate of fraud. There must have been something you said that raised suspicions on you. Maybe you said that you were being supported by the people you were visiting? I have rarely heard of vwp entry denial unless previous overstays or obvious fraud intents.

I mean the few times i used the VWP, they never asked me about my ties or even a return flight, i never had a job while visiting on the vwp. One time i even admitted i didn't have my return yet and the guy said nothing after i said "don't worry i am not going to stay, i always left as you can see on my previous records". I always admitted having a boyfriend and my son who was travelling with me is a dual citizen France/USA.

I suggest that if you can get the vwp working for you again, or by chance get a B2, that you fly through dublin, ireland. There is a custom pre clearance for US flights there (except the ones to chicago for some reason) so at least if you are denied entry you won't have to deal with their ####### after a long flight and you will be close to home.
