The documents came in the mail 2 weeks ago, and on the October 28th I got a text from the USCIS saying they've received my packet! Thank you, Lord! biggrin.pngbiggrin.pngbiggrin.pngbiggrin.png

Now to hear back within 60 days smile.png

The next step I'm a little concerned about is having my fiance receive the forms from the embassy... I have sent him several 'test letters' through the mail, and none have gotten to him... but that is another problem for another day!

I know things work differently in each country but you may want to check with others who've gone thru the same embassy and see if it is possible to have packet 3 emailed vs paper mail. I know in Haiti that is an option and that is what we are requesting as residential addresses in the country are crazy messed up in places! rolleyes.gif Anyway, just a thought :-)

Hahaha so funny but true i guess we do have same love story in here hahaha, it made me sad coz rfe delays the process of being with my f huhuhu i wish everything goes well.. Yes, he is filipino hahaha

On RFE since 18 October. CSC received reply to RFE 1 November. Still waiting for NOA2. :-(

ROC Journey (CA Service Center)

2016-Sep-14: I-751 form, check, supporting docs sent USPS Priority Express

2016-Sep-15: ROC application received & signed for by Lakelieh

2016-Sep-15: NOA receipt date

2016-Sep-19: $590 check cashed by USCIS

2016-Sep-20: NOA/ 1-year extension letter received in mail

2018-Feb-26: ROC case transferred to local office

2018-Mar-06: ROC approved via USCIS website (WAC status check)
