Hi Corey and Guyvens we are in the same boat,got our rfe hard cy real fast it was 3 business days and it was delivered . Then my fiancé sent our reply the next day and after 2 days they received it and got a text and checked online that they're reviewing it.. 3 working days now since they received our reply , praying for noa2 this week hope not too long.

I live in Michigan and my service center is in California. I received my RFE incredibly fast, literally two days in the mail and it was delivered. Hoping you've received something by now!!

Just an update on my RFE, I returned the requested info overnight via USPS and it was delivered to CSC's P.O. box yesterday afternoon. Last night at 11:45 I received a text and email from USCIS stating that it was already being REVIEWED!!! I was expecting a week or so to pass before I heard anything! VERY e-x-c-i-t-i-n-g!!

Wow really fast;).. Hope we can get our hard copy this week. Keep us updated if you have noa2 hehehe Edited September 11, 2013 by K&C26

All that was requested for ours was the translated divorce document as I failed to include it when I sent the packet in. I had it translated and it was ready and waiting to be sent the moment the RFE arrived. (So yeah, I was basically expecting an RFE) Just happy that was all they wanted!! Yay for that!

Hahaha i've noticed you already mention it in your previous post I am out of my mind and keep on asking people what are their rfe sorry for that, i am nervous and frustrated why our hard copy took so long ughhhhh! The last time our transfer notice delivered in 3 days..

Hmmmmm this coming week you gonna have yout noa2 claim it;).

Wow everyone is taking care of business!

I need a signed copy of the intent to marry form from Peru... and the last time my fiance mailed something from his in-the-jungle hometown, it took 3 weeks to arrive....... I'm trying to be pacient!!

We received the hard copy of rfe and they asked for 2x2 pic of the petitioner which is we already send it to them in the packet they ask for ordinary cloths to wear in the pic instead of formal wear... OMG i don't believe in that so simple issue they keep us waiting and make us so worried.. I don't know if i will hate them or what. Anyway, thank God for not making our rfe so hard. God is so good all the time. We reply for rfe sept 12. In US and we are Waiting for response review.

Just received our NOA2 ---> hallelujah for an approval so quick!! Only took 10-days after USCIS acknowledged receipt of the requested info! Sooooo much faster than I imagined! Yay!!!!! :-)

Woo hoo! I'm still waiting for my documents to come in the mail....... I hope they will arrive this week, but I've been saying that for 2 weeks!

Anyone who been in RFE before pls. Pls share your experiences with us like what are the additional evidences they need and how long it will take before you receive your noa2. Your shared experiences will serve as a big help for me and for those people who are in the same RFE journey. It is so frustrating after a long waits from noa1 and after hiring a lawyer still we been experiencing RFE (so sad and disappointed). Thank you in advance my fellow vjers your advice, idea and experience is a big help for us to over come this rfe process.

The documents came in the mail 2 weeks ago, and on the October 28th I got a text from the USCIS saying they've received my packet! Thank you, Lord! :D :D

Now to hear back within 60 days

The next step I'm a little concerned about is having my fiance receive the forms from the embassy... I have sent him several 'test letters' through the mail, and none have gotten to him... but that is another problem for another day!
