hi, my transferred to TSC on Nov 18, then got approved on dec 12,2013. so totally it's 8 months smile.png we didnt expect it fast like that , but i'm very happy now, and on dec 31th, they shipped it to the Department of State for visa processing . I'm April Filer . good luck everyone

I just got a hard copy and state that my case was transferred to NSC (Nebraska Service Center), any body knows how is the speed of this center, I hope is not like NBC!!!! I know CSC is faster,,,,but do not know about NSC,,,I hope they are working there!!!!

hi there good news my file got tranferred to Nebraska the 8th hopefully I hear something good before christmas ! have you guys filing for I130 have get tranferred have someone get approve yet !

They received my i130 on March 21st. Then mine got transferred to the Nebraska Service Center on the 7th on Monday it will be 60 days!!!

how come ppl is getting approved so fast ! and Im on my month 10th and my case was transferred 60 days ago now! what the heck is going on with this ppl Im afraid of never hearing from them looks like they forgot about me and my husband case

I know how stressful it must be. Hopefully yours will get approved pretty soon I was going on to my 10th month also.

If you contacted the National Customer Service Center with a case-related inquiry and more than 30 days have passed and you have not received a response, you may email the appropriate USCIS Service Center with your inquiry:


If you do not receive a response within 21 days of contacting the Service Center, you may contact the USCIS Headquarters Office of Service Center Operations by email at SCOPSSCATA@dhs.gov.



Although, I believe that Nebraska is sending out emails saying that their email is no longer operational. But they give you the new email to send it to. I'd send an inquiry to both, at least until they decide to update their website information. I sent it to this email address about a week ago, so it must be a change that happened within the past few days. (Possibly because people have been emailing them because they're past 60 days.) I'd email them, and then they have 21 days to respond before you can write to the HQ about it.
