Gave a call to USCIS Tier 2 this morning because my inquiry put from Tier 2 since Jan 21st still pending with no answer. He told me that I will get approved within March and now the waiting time is 1 year from USCIS receipt date. If I do not get decision by then, give him a call. And I can renew my EAD if it is about to be expired.

I do not expect anything until next month.....will update you guys again.

Dallas Field Office says as of December 31st they are processing March 19 2014 cases, so surely by January 31st they would be on April...

Looks like a lot of offices are updating. Just checked my local office and it says as of December 31st 2014 processing July 10, 2014 for I-485.

I believe last month the date said February 25th so it has moved forward, not a whole month forward but it's definitely moved.. not that I actually believe for one minute that my case is in Dallas, I keep getting told that by Tier 1 but who knows..

You keep getting told what it is or it isn't? Good news on you actually getting something on the website. Hope it's good news, seems they might be working on your case and I did say I reckoned you would be hearing by Valentines. I was a witch in my previous life!! lol

Actually just looked at Pittsburgh office they have gone forward to July 2nd from June 6th, so....... That was also as of December 31st. Who knows we might all get Valentines news, but I'm not holding my breath for mine even though I filed in August and the maths point to August filers not far away... Yep, I hear you all chuckle, I have more chance to win the Power Ball! Got to be in it to win it!!

Just noticed this on my tracking page:

"On February 11, 2015, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number SR13541400161DAL, was completed."

This is odd because I never actually submitted an inquiry regarding processing times, in fact it wouldn't let me due to the Dallas times showing March right now (I applied April 2014).. I guess I'll just get the stock letter anyways but I'm not sure why I'm getting a response when I never submitted anything?

Just noticed the reference number does end DAL, short for Dallas perhaps? Perhaps it is actually at the field office? You owe me a drink if I get it right about Valentines by the way!! Vodka and coke or champagne your choice! lol

You know I pointed that out a while back that it said DAL and I got told it was just because that was my local office, but I guess other people have had service request numbers that end in letters than Isn't there office so I am actually starting to think that it may well be in Dallas.

I think if I get my card for Valentines I'll have a heart attack! I definitely think all of the July people will have their cards by next month though

I'm predicting approvals for us April filers in early or mid March just based on everyone elses approvals.

You know, you said you didn't ask for any response or send anything to ask, so it tells me they are working on your case, so don't be surprised if next you hear that you have the card or its in production. After all I'm meant to be wise it's my 50th this Friday and they are to release 50 shades of grey in my honour that day. In my case its probably 50 shades of the hair colour though !! lol
