Don't want to be a downer, but from a couple that have been at this nigh on 11 months, the way things are going (and most probably will at least stay as bad), you might regret this statement come about September/October of this year...Even now, without the aid of a GPS tracker, I can tell you our file has a 99.999% chance of being within 100 feet of Latitude : 39.279668 | Longitude : -94.675263.

What I'm saying is it you get a chance for an interview --- take it...We would even at this late date...

Still waiting on some sort of acknowledgement that Philly has received our RFE response. It's been almost 3 weeks.

I've been patient through the whole K1 process and with AOS up until we got the RFE. I've now become the neurotic person who checks the status once an hour on the hour. I guess if I haven't seen any update by Saturday, I'll get the paperwork for the EAD/AP renewals together and send them off Monday.

New medical? Are they joking? At this late stage? SMH.

Processing times have been updated. As far as the our service center goes, its going backwards. Since the last update on Jan 20th it said they were processing dates for Jun 20th. Now it says they are processing Jun 7th. Not sure what is going here there. :/

Dallas Field Office says as of December 31st they are processing March 19 2014 cases, so surely by January 31st they would be on April...

Just noticed this on my tracking page:

"On February 11, 2015, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number SR13541400161DAL, was completed."

This is odd because I never actually submitted an inquiry regarding processing times, in fact it wouldn't let me due to the Dallas times showing March right now (I applied April 2014).. I guess I'll just get the stock letter anyways but I'm not sure why I'm getting a response when I never submitted anything?

Pass the barf bag the new "numbers" are out. 5/31 @ the NYC office???!!??!!??? Why should I be surprised, cases in MO don't affect these numbers....Hurry up and wait...

I believe last month the date said February 25th so it has moved forward, not a whole month forward but it's definitely moved.. not that I actually believe for one minute that my case is in Dallas, I keep getting told that by Tier 1 but who knows..
