According to the USCIS Website, the address for filing depends on the state where you live. It is one of two lockboxes. I live in Arkansas and will be sending the renewal to the Dallas Lockbox.

Day 151 04-18-2018 Interview at Fort Smith, AR 

Day 174 05-11-2018 Oath Ceremony at Fort Smith USCIS.

When does your EAD expire? You will need to apply for renewal at 120 days before it expires to get it back in time.

EAD expires 06/03.. guess i will have to file the renewal soon.

For EAD renewal, do I need to send any other evidence besides a copy of the EAD and a copy of Form I-797C, Notice of Action? So it will just be those three things (Form I-765, Copy of EAD, Copy of Form I-797C)?

I-765

Send the AP application too if you want that. I included a cover letter as a checklist for myself, and didn't forget to mention that it was a RENEWAL and that I have a pending adjustment of status. For the AP I also included a photocopy of my 'paroled' stamp in my passport because that was my status at last entry into the US, not K1.

Sending it all off tomorrow.

F-1 Visa: Academic years 2007/2010.

K-1 Visa: I-129F sent Aug 2013; Approved Jan 2014.

Green Card: AOS sent Feb 2014; Approved Jan 2015.

Removal of Conditions: I-751 sent Nov 2016; Approved Apr 2018.

US Citizenship: Application sent Nov 2017; Fingerprints Nov 2017; Civics/English exam March 2018; Oath May 2018.

Still waiting waiting waiting...no news...no update.

Ive got a feeling there will be a push on outstanding case files before Feb 18th, otherwise they are going to have an overload on cases and it will be overwhelming for the staff of USCIS. So, I wouldnt be surprised if you hear before that date. Fingers crossed for you and prayers being said!! I am positive the wheels will start turning shortly andwe will see a lot of approvals in the next couple of weeks.

A question for you guys. (trivial quiz).... So, if it says M standing for Missouri on my case notes and letters (I assume Missouri) then why does it say Nebraska is dealing with my case? There is no logical reasoning in this process. Was it because perhaps Nebraska sorted out my EAD/AP card? If so why does Nebraska state that they work on 1-485 cases or is that a different one than the marriage based 1-485 we are applying for. (mostly). Also, when we get to the end of this journey naturalization do we then get a degree in immigration law? (only joking), but probably know more than the immigration lawyers by the time we have finished the journey!! :)
