What a joke, just called USCIS, I actually called 5 times as each agent said something different, I gave them my receipt number, they read off my online update which for me is an RFE which I replied to way back in May and then I got the waiver letter in July, they're now doing a new thing where they ask for your zip code and then pull up your local office (Dallas for me) and just read the processing times.. this only happened with 2 of the agents as the others were conveniently having error messages when accessing.

I even asked if the Dallas office is definitely handling my case and they said yes, I can never get a tier 2!

I've been waiting for 8 month as of February 10th

Received my Letter June 10th

Rebor1991 was your NPIW letter dated 6/10 or 6/5? If it is 6/10 you would appear to be the only one with that date on this thread. The only reason I ask is that it appears that there are so many here with common dates (6/5, 6/27, 7/10, 7/29, etc.) Which would suggest they batch cases and mass mail letters on certain dates, once to twice a month. Your 6/10, if that is the actual date, would be an outlier. It was looking as though NBC worked on NPIW cases twice a month; now it appears I was wrong - maybe it's 3...

I emailed my congressman yesterday, in an attempt to find out where my file actually is and maybe get some kind of time frame. His website

says it takes 2-3 weeks for them to reply. My NOPIW was dated 06/27, which seems quite common, so I will let you guys know what his

response is.

the USCIS response to my service request said my case is "en-route" to my local field office. Which could mean anything really.

My mistake NPIW date is 7/10 not 6/10

I guess all this waiting has me mixing up dates

My husband's NPIW letter date is 6/10, or so I thought until I saw your post. I will double check the date later today.

So I just checked my case status on the USCIS website and it says..

On January 26, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC149********, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Congrats

Wat was ur letter date?

thanks!

It was June 27th and I originally applied mid-March.

Hope you guys see this as some sort of hope and not me bragging. I did not expect to hear anything about my case for at least a couple months!

"Corn"gratulations!! It made it out of Missouri to corn country (Nebraska) and into the approved pile. Strong work. Us fellow 6/27'ers are encouraged.

Now where are the rest of the 6/5's and before?

Natonstan call them back and tell them you need to know your case location because you want to make an InfoPass appointment but it won't be worth your time if it not at your local field office. That will get you to Tier 2.
