If you really want to talk to tier 2 tell tier 1 that you were just on a call with tier 2 and the line got disconnected they will put you right through to tier 2.

Ill be honest tier 2 is no better than 1 They will give you the same useless info tier 1 will.

I have stopped trying to call them it seems that our best bet is to wait and wait and wait. :clock::clock::clock:

Yeah, you're right. The higher up the foodchain you get, the more arogant and sanctimonious they get. If you can get past their very unpleasant attitude, there are tid bits of info you can gleen from them when they slip and actually tell the truth...Though rare...

Before I make an InfoPass appointment, I will call them again and pin them down as to the location of our case. If it is in NBC or at a distant field office, we will not make an appointment, it's not worth it...

so my service request status now says that it has been completed and that they've sent me a response.

what does that mean?

I have no idea what evil lurks at the heart of USCIS. You'd think if it were unassigned, they'd simply post it on the site, like they did with us - 3 times...as a fellow well done (maybe overdone) 6/27 "roaster", inquiring minds wanna know...please do tell when you figure out what they mean...hopefully good news...

UGH getting soooo frustrated with USCIS now. People with July NPIW are getting their GC already and my NPIW is June 27th and still nothing! Any 6/27ers out there left besides me? :crying:

I am on the same boat as you (6/27). I have done everything in my power such as service request, congressman, ombudsman. There is nothing else I can try excepting the waiting game.

I'm June 5th letter as well.. Still waiting.. This is frustrating.

I feel you its definitely not easy. Btw I spoke to tier 2 on Monday he said that every single case has to be signed & approved by a judge! That's why it takes long wait times. I've never heard this before! Is this for real!?? Anyone heard of this before!???

Haven't heard that before, but they do throw the word adjudicate around everywhere. It takes a special dedicated judge to sign off and decide disability appeals for Social Security SSDI. I guess it makes some arcane sense...

It appears that are a lot more 6/5 NPWI people out there than it appeared. This continues to illustrate the arbitrary and stupid manner in which the fools at USCIS operate. They started "adjudicating" 6/5 cases in late November (as noted by the first approvals on this thread) and still, almost 2 months later have yet to finish them while offices are processing later cases and theses 6/5 cases (and many others beyond that date) are out of processing time at every field office in the country (though Tier 2 will tell you that NPWI cases are never out of processing time because they are at NBC where they are not "processed", just screened - so they have no processing date)...

Just called USCIS, spoke with tier 1 and insisted on talking to tier 2. I am currently awaiting a call back from tier 2 which might take about 3-4 hours. I hope to get more information about what is going on. I will share as soon as I'm done with their callback.
