Well we got a interview waiver letter dated 1/10 however just got it in the mail on Friday 1/17. Got a text message on 1/18 saying card ordered for production. Was it really that quick or is the case status system doing dumb things..

I mean no way it was actually approved on 1/18, that would mean they were working on a Saturday.

Hopefully it is real and we will have my wife greencard in the next couple days. kicking.gif

Does receiving the interview waiver letter set you back in the line waiting for AOS?

My local office has been at a little over 5 months for processing I-485 applications and like I said we received our letter last weekend. Is the 6 more months mentioned in the letter realistic or are they going to process the application sooner if they stay at ~5 months? Sorry guys, I'm confused lol

For all those who got the interview waiver letter dated 3/12, we just checked our case number online and the status says card in production as of 3/29!!! I'm still kind of hesitant to believe that it's really true because we were ready to wait at least another few months, but we double checked the case number 3 times and it looks like his green card is on it's way!!!

Hope everyone else's follows soon!!
