My husband got his welcome letter yesterday and the greencard was mailed yesterday. We filed in February and got the Interview waiver letter in May. Here's hoping they're working on these, and everyone starts getting approvals!

Congratulations to both of you!

I'm waiting for GC as well. just wondering what would be the next step after receiving interview waiver letter? Did you received e-mail or text for the approval notice? and then welcome notice in mail and the later get GC card in mail?

Thanks!

Hi guys i really have no idea what is going on with the USCIS and why they can not give us concrete answers.

since they changed their web site back in October I can not track my case status, it says validation error. I used to call the USCIS and entered my case number manually and the robot used to say the status but now even the robot says the information about my case status is unavailable.

i called them 3 days ago submitted service request cause 6 months after receiving the interview waiver letter in June 5th is over.

i just called them again but still no helpful answer

Hi ivanalex1980,

I have the same validation error message when I search the website. I've called USCIS twice since October to make sure my application hasn't fallen into no mans land. They have advised me that despite not being able to see my application, the issue is just due to the website change and a system problem (not very assuring but can't do much else!).

Hang in there and I'd be interested to hear your progress :)

Okay, so apparently we're an interview waiver case as well according to my Congressman's office. Though I never got the letter saying as such.

"What's yours is mine!"

My husband's information shows just fine on the USCIS website, but my stepson's shows the validation error. Which is weird because... (see comment below)

my husband didn't get a letter either. We're assuming that he's an interview waiver case too because my stepson got one. It's dated November 12. I started a different post asking if anyone else has gotten a K2 PIW letter, but not a K1 one, and only one response. Very frustrating!!!

I have the same date as you. Already recieved the EAP card but my status says fingerprint accepted

Anyone have the same issue ? I will be calling December 6

I have the same issue. I received my EAD card on may and my fingerprints were accepted too.

I called today to USCI, Tier 1 and Tier 2 asked me to wait an additional 30 days on my service request which I filled on November 3rd, she claimed that the people in charge of the service request have a lot of work and everyone has delays. She said that if I haven't heard anything after January 3rd to give her a call so they can filled another service request but today they can't do anything -_- so helpful!!

Please let me know if you hear anything from your case :) and congratulations to everyone else that received their GC :)

Here is how the case history is displayed on my USCIS account:

On November 28, 2014, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number T1DXXXXXXXXXXXXX, was assigned to an officer for response.

On December 1, 2014, we sent a response to your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number T1DXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

On December 1, 2014, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number T1DXXXXXXXXXXXXX, was completed.

Hello Nikkosan,

I am wondering how can you review your referral case status the one that starts with T1DXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

I submited a service request in November 3rd and I havent heard anything from USCIS and I called them today and they asked me to wait 30 more days because they have delays on it.

I hope you guys heard something soon.

Congrats to everyone that are getting their GC ! Definitely hope to be receiving answers soon. I had an infopass and went to the uscis is salt lake and they said i as okay to travel with the combo card for the holidays then called twice to USCIS and they said the same. I met all deadlines to avoid any kind of delays and I got stuck in a limbo. This is incredibly disappointing. Nobody could give me an answer on why our cases were taking so much time. I really hope to get back and not have any kind of problems with the AP. Happy holidays everyone, i really hope to come back and find something on the mail or any kind of update :(

Thanks! The next step is just waiting for the GC in the mail. We didn't receive an email or text. Last week I checked the site and it had moved to "card production", then "welcome letter mailed", and finally "card mailed", all within in a few days. You get the welcome letter first, and in our case the card was mailed within a few days of the letter.

You need a serious lesson in WWII history.

Your quote " modern day equivalent to Pearl Harbor".

Who are you and your petty little immigration AOS compared to the lives that were lost during the Pearl Harbor attack? Next time you pick an anology to contrast against, be careful with the subject matter.

You sir owe a grave apology to every service man who served in that campaign AND every Military Veteran AND active military personal who currently serves at that this time who is on this site.

I'm so mad right now I could chew nails. Sit down, shut up, and be patient like everyone else on this site.

On Sunday morning Dec. 7th 2014, I was awakened by blasts from USCIS. The analogy was true for me on Pearl Harbor Day...

Listen to me very carefully:

My father spent 20 years in the US Army and was a decorated Korean War veteran.

I spent 23 years in the US Air Force and I was deployed away from my family for many months all over the world (Desert Storm, Somolia and elsewhere) defending this country and your right to say whatever you want to say. That also includes me as well...

Did you?

If you served, I thank you for your service.

If you didn't, get off my back.

I don't owe you or anyone an apology.

Get over it and let's get back to the common issue at hand, our travails with USCIS...Focus your anger at them...

Your wait for a response to your Sevice Request is inexcusable and intolerable. We got an answer to our request (submitted on 12/4/2014) today (12/11/2014). Their excuse to you was the typical party line they've been telling all of us for a long time. Our response was useless - hurry up and wait for adjudication. They didn't even properly address our concern that we are outside the porcessing time for NYC office. They said our request was for "Non-delivery of Other Notice"; They simply regurgitated the same information off the My Case website. They said if "...if our response does not meet your expectations, or you believe we have not addressed your concerns, please schedule InfoPass appointment to speak with an immigration officer..." All of us know that going to a local USCIS office and talking to someone not in anyway involved in our case will give us no useful information. They will simply say: hurry up and wait...

It's not worth our time...so we simply sit back and wait for our response to a service request by my lawyer, a Congressional inquiry and a Senatorial inquiry...much good they'll do...

Congratulations to all the recent GC approvals...we revel in your happiness in anticipation of our own in the near future...
