I received my Waiver letter on June 3rd... and hadn't heard anything by November. Called them on November 13th, and they said they would inquire as to the status of my case. Received a letter last week saying they had no information on when my application would be processed... little bit annoying. Checked my online status and it still says "fingerprint fee received, we are working on your case". Hopefully I will hear something soon if people from June 5th are receiving their GC. Getting a little silly now..

I hope you get some good news soon. I'm so upset with my case as well. My online status is the same as yours :( I called NBC since beginning of Nov to check my case status as it's over processing time of my local office. They sent me the request; and last Thursday I received the letter from my USCIS office stated that my case is not with them and they are now sending my request to NBC.

I received the interview waiver letter since July 10 and I'm supposed to get GC by 10 Jan. Now I feel it's impossible as a lot of you guys getting interview waiver letter prior to me still has no GC in hand. I really want to go home..... :(

We have filed our AOS from a K1 on February 21, 2014. We received the EAD/AP combo card end of May 2014. We receive the potential interview waiver letter on June 5, 2014. The online status shows fingerprint fee received on February 27, 2014.

I have made numerous phone calls and they advised to me to do a service request but never an answer to the request. I even did an expedite request since my wife has interviews coming up. Still no answer.

I see some people getting approved recently. What do you guys think? Are we close or it could be more months?

Hi guys

we received the interview waiver letter dated june 5th and I just called USCIS they submitted service request for me, asked me questions like my e-mail, phone number, address and gave me confirmation number and was told i should hear from my local office within 15 days. I dont know how effective all this is and if this is going to work.

besides, since USCIS updated their web site i am unable to track my case/receipt number it shows me validation error.

has any one submitted service request and got confirmation number? or were you told you should hear from them withing 15 days?

how does it work?

thank you all

Just called as we're past the 6 month mark to figure out what's going on. They told us that our case has been transferred to a local office for processing, and that we should hear something within 60 days. Yep, so that means we'll finally hear something about a year after the initial filing. Merry Christmas USCIS!

I submitted a service request two times. The first time it was unanswered and the second time I received an email from uscis saying that my case is a potential interview waiver case and is now pending. That's it. A service request was really unhelpful. And it actually takes 15 to 30 days for them to answer.

Feb filer, june 5th piw letter.. called twice for service request.first time was On Oct 7, no answer. On Nov 7 called them back for a second service request. received a letter mailed out on nov 24th saying that they're backlogged no info on how long it might take.. on Dec 5th I called them back mentioned about the waiver letter from June 5th & that the 6 months period was completed & just wanted to know if the background/fingerprint check was done. They said they can not share that information. I got to wait till Dec 24 (one month from the service request REPLY DATE) to do another service request. (I spoke with level 2). I mean I have to call them On CHRISTMAS to do a service request... just got to wait from now on not much we can do. Good luck & congratulations for those of you who got greeted :)
