They're likely referring to the scaremongering statement from the USCIS union last year. It simply referred to the plan to expand eligibility for interview waiver cases. I highly doubt there's any way

I can't wait to get the green card. GOSH! Why does it have to be slow.

I got mine on June, the interview waiver letter was dated june 5th.

Hi guys how are you?

i have a question to you

we received the letter of potential interview waiver back in June. we moved to Atlanta and submitted change of address to USCIS just a couple of days ago.

I checked my case status on uscis web site and it changed to Initial Review from Acceptance saying my address was changed.

does it mean anything? you think they will send me a GC now since the status changed into Initial Review?

The status was frozen on Acceptance until I changed the address.

9/4/13: Packet 4 received via email

9/23/13: Fiancee received his hard Packet 4

12/5/13: Interview, Visa Aprobada!

10/8/14: Called USCIS and was allowed to file a Service Request since we're outside of normal processing times for our local office. Should have a response in 15-30 days.

10/29/14: Received letter (dated 10/27/14, exactly 1 day before the 6 month mark) stating that our case would be transferred to the Houston field office for processing.

11/28/14: Received letter (dated 11/20/14) stating that our case had been received at the Sacremento office and would be processed there and if we don't hear from them in 60 days to contact NVC.

12/9/14: Card is in production

12/16/14: 2 year card in hand!

I think at this point the online tracking system is just saying any old rubbish, mines still on Initial Review also after getting the letter and i'm moving on the 14th of next month so i'll be changing my address also, I'll let you know if mine changes to anything different

Exactly, our is still saying "Acceptance" LOL.
