I think you may have misunderstood me. I was talking about ROC. It takes it from the date of the first GC, so even if ROC takes over a year you should be able to file 3 years (minus 90 days) of the date your permanent residency started which is detailed on your Conditional GC.

Yup.

I got a bit confused on this one. For citizenship its 3 years from the date you become a permanent resident isn't it? i.e three years after you receive your 10 year green card? I thought the time as a conditional permanent resident didn't count for citizenship? I'm probably completely wrong though.

Edit: I am completely wrong. It's 3 years from the authorisation of your conditional permanent residency.

Good news guys! Just checked Immigration Timelines and we have another April filer approval. This person was approved on 3/14, just updated their timeline today. The AOS NOA is 4/15/14. No mention in timeline about NPIW or interview. Take a look:

I'm glad it wasn't just me...Didn't need the Percocets.

Good news guys! Just checked Immigration Timelines and we have another April filer approval. This person was approved on 3/14, just updated their timeline today. The AOS NOA is 4/15/14. No mention in timeline about NPIW or interview. Take a look:

Agreed, it's hard not to feel bitter about people who filed after me being accepted. It was the same way with the K1. But I think we all agree (even the lucky ones) that if it was down to us it would be a first come first served basis for acceptance, and those who do get lucky didn't do so on purpose! It's hard to remember that sometimes though. Come on USCIS, stop making us feel bad about ourselves!

But I think we all agree (even the lucky ones) that if it was down to us it would be a first come first served basis for acceptance, and those who do get lucky didn't do so on purpose! That's why I was confused as to why I randomly got approved, my filing date is 20+ days after your filing date so I would've expected you to be approved before me, I guess it's not as bad as those people that are getting approved within a few months but still odd

I am here, had computer issues early this morning and a headache from ROC yesterday! lol.

Well another day, let's call it "Happy Thursday". Today I feel a crescendo is about to happen and I am ready to surf those waves!!! Hope everyone else is too!

We miss USCIS, please, please press that button. Derwood where are you?? Have you locked yourself out of house or something? ha ha ha!

I don't think its random, I think its the way its meant to be and our fellow colleagues I believe have slipped through the net. They should have been approved a couple of months ago but you know the USCIS, the disorganisation is dreadful, the only thing that surprises me is that they haven't lost files with all our private information in them.
