Well my friends, excellent, excellent news!! It seems the obvious way for everyone to go who has been waiting for nearly a year as Natonstan is to go to the OMBUDSMAN!!! Please, please do this, its time for action, give them a massive headache, they deserve it for the way they have spoken and treated of all you!!!

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Ok it's free and it can be renewed 90 days before its expiration date.

Are new biometrics needed?

You can actually file for renewal 120 days prior to expiration :)

And it appears that a lot of people are being called back for a second biometrics appointment, so I'd count on it.

I'm confused because I honestly wasn't expecting it before some of the others on here, but I think the Ombudsman MIGHT have actually done something!

I got the Waiver letter July 29th (I have all my dates in my signature anyways)

I have got to tell you how happy I am for you, but I think you have guessed from my choice words. I think it was the OMBUDSMAN, spread the word every opportunity you get!! Well done my friend and Wulcum to Merica!!!!

Well I contacted the Ombudsman last month just for the heck of it and just today I got an email to say they're contacting USCIS regarding my case and it can take up to 60 days for a reply... great

Congratulations! Great news.

Could you please share your experience on how to get contacted the Ombudsman. By what way you can contacted them and whom you contacted with?
