Guys, I am about to renew my EAD, do I need to pay any fee? I am under I-485 interview wavier case...Thanks!

If you filed under category c(9) with your original petition, there's no renewal fee :)

Here's a link for USCIS Filing Fees for 2015 if you'd like to double check for yourself!

Im growling and it isn't my stomach. I follow this topic and have just been out for a meal with my husband and done some grocery shopping (joys) any way I just arrived home to a ton of emails and was hoping to see an approval, no such luck so GROWL!!

Although, Movin on seems to have some weird movement today and I don't mean bowel movement, the USCIS, seem to want to make sure that their prediction comes true it seems or perhaps they are just toying with us all?

I love it!!

Finally some movement on our case. I got a letter yesterday dated March 6th that I need to update my medical since it expired. Well duh! It's been over a year since I had my medical and they just got to our case. So I have an appointment with a civil surgeon on Monday and hopefully everything will be ready the same day so I can mail it back. The funny thing is I got that letter as they call it continuation notice along with my work permit renewal confirmation letter lol So not sure which one I will get first the green card or my second work permit.. Anyway I'd like to keep positive thinking so fingers crossed for everybody expecting a happy ending of this long wait.

Well I think a rfe for a medical is a good sign, seems Plato has a rfe for one too. Ive seen this before and Ive seen that once the rfe has been dealt with then you normally get a GC. Thing is its probably a rfe for the flu vaccine in most cases that wont apply at the end of March. At least its movement and they are looking at both your cases.

Recieved our appointment for biometrics renewal on 3/23/15. But still nothing for the AP. Ugh. I wish the GC would just come. After reading the posts today I'm wondering if we will have to redo the medical also. The medical was done on 11/20/13. This is really getting tiresome.

I'm curious (not being picky, I just want to know) - did your letter actually say it had expired? My letter said to redo the vaccinations, but I never managed to figure out why. Could have been they lost my paperwork, something wasn't ticked etc.

Also, since my case ended up inYakima, WA, which is apparently the middle of woop woop by USPS standard, my 'overnight' mail Thursday morning arrived on Monday. I got to the other side of the world in half that time! However, a few hours after it arrived in Yakima it my GC was approved. Just took them another 24hrs to tell me. So, the end is in sight :)

Good morning Peeps,

Well to all you lovely mummies who celebrate Mothers Day in the UK and elsewhere today, Happy Mothers Day, my son sent me an email to remind me as I had forgotten! However, he didn't bring me crumpets and a cup of tea in bed, he mentions 4000 miles as an excuse. Poor excuse if you ask me! Lol

As for the vaccinations someone was enquiring about, well I don't think you redo them if youre up to date, however they will ask for the influenza vaccination during the flu season if its over a year old! Any way having coffee and a English muffin. Lets hope this coming week sees movement on a HUGE scale!! :)

Actually it doesn't say expired that was my interpretation since I know it did :) The letter says exactly this: "To complete processing of the Form I-485 for the above named beneficiary, please provide an updated Form I-693 (Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Report) to include updated immuniation report. Go to any of the physicians listed on the attached sheet to complete the Form I-693. Please provide the above requested documentation by the date listed above. Mail the completed Form I-693 to the mailing address listed above by June 3, 2015. Failure to provide the requested documentation by the listed date will result in denial of the application"

Now it got me thinking could this be just for one flu shot like Shell said!? If so I'm glad I saved the paperwork when I got mine a few months ago. I hope they don't need me to do all the x-rays and blood tests again...
