05/29/13 - transferred Texas Service Center

07/17/13 - shipped from USCIS to NVC
07/19/13 - Got My Case Number from NVC

They're likely referring to the scaremongering statement from the USCIS union last year. It simply referred to the plan to expand eligibility for interview waiver cases. I highly doubt there's any way

I actually just called them and they have filed a service request since we are outside of normal processing times. We should get a response of some sort within 15-30 days.

I called uscis 2 weeks ago too. and they also did a service request. they told me to give them a call back in 15 days if I don't hear from them. i am going to call them on Wednesday, we'll see what they'll tell me this time. and I was under impression that an agent that i spoke too didn't see a waiver letter on my file. he said that the last activity was a request for evidence response.

Hello everyone! Same thing happen to me. The did a request and I called them 15 days after and they told me to wait another 15-30 days and then call back again. But they never said anything about the waiver letter so I'm going to wait 30 days more and see what happens. I got my waiver letter on June 5.

What is the phone number u called? I also got my letter on june 5th. And my status is still on aceptance.

We will most likely remain in "ACCEPTANCE" until we get the green card. Some have received the card and remained in Acceptance. Crazy website. Best of luck. Potential Waiver Letter date Sep 10th.

Day 174 05-11-2018 Oath Ceremony at Fort Smith USCIS.

UGH, so frustrating!

Yesterday I received a timeline update from a couple who has more or less my same timeline, and they were approved with no interview. Gives me home, still, to see people like you, Cute Pansy, still waiting from the beginning of January...absolutely ridiculous!

F-1 Visa: Academic years 2007/2010.

K-1 Visa: I-129F sent Aug 2013; Approved Jan 2014.

Green Card: AOS sent Feb 2014; Approved Jan 2015.

Removal of Conditions: I-751 sent Nov 2016; Approved Apr 2018.

US Citizenship: Application sent Nov 2017; Fingerprints Nov 2017; Civics/English exam March 2018; Oath May 2018.
