I wonder if the officers are taking a long vacation or they are sleeping? Nothing change for like over a month.

attachicon.gifimage.jpg

Yeah I know! Same in NY. They must update the system only every couple of months.

Check your local uscis office, e.g. nearest to your home city or town.

These processing times aren't applicable to you if you've received an interview waiver letter. They only apply to cases being adjudicated at local field offices, i.e. the ones that require interviews.

Interview waiver cases are processed at the National Benefits Center which doesn't publish I-485 processing times.

2013 7/15 I-129F sent, 7/18 received Dallas lockbox, 7/22 NOA1, 10/22 NOA2, 11/15 NVC Case Created, 11/20 NVC Shipped, 11/25 Consulate received, 11/28 Packet 3 received/returned, 11/29 Medical, 12/9 Packet 4 received

Hey, yes it's nice to meet up with you here in this forum...we can all keep cheering each other on...

Well it's not really that I "found out" per se, it's that the National Benefits Center is totally separate from your local field office, so if your case is being processed at the former (as interview waiver cases are, it will tell you on your case status) then the processing times for the latter are completely irrelevant to your case.

2013 7/15 I-129F sent, 7/18 received Dallas lockbox, 7/22 NOA1, 10/22 NOA2, 11/15 NVC Case Created, 11/20 NVC Shipped, 11/25 Consulate received, 11/28 Packet 3 received/returned, 11/29 Medical, 12/9 Packet 4 received

Oh I see. It is confusing. The status online for us does say National Benefits Center, but then of course the biometrics were taken in our local office. I had figured it was really at our local office now and that the website was just wrong, but who knows...

I know. And I'm telling you :)

You have to take biometrics at a local service center, because the alternative would be making everyone go to the National Benefits Center which I think is in Missouri

It's really confusing me too of where our case is being proceed. I called to USCIS last time ( last month) asking about the case. They told me info base on the local office, not NBC. However, the letter of interview waiver is from NBC , so .... I'm lost. ???
