Not fun man! Whenever I send something via USPS I fill out one of those little green colored cards that requires whoever is receiving it to sign for the package, and then USPS mails me back the signed portion as a proof of receipt.

That's exactly what I did, I got tracking and confirmed delivery and the tracking has been stuck on "Expected delivery date: Thursday 5th March" since last Wednesday!

They're likely referring to the scaremongering statement from the USCIS union last year. It simply referred to the plan to expand eligibility for interview waiver cases. I highly doubt there's any way

I received my NPIW on 02/28/15 and today my status online said i was schedule for interview on 04/13/15. Just an update for everyone. I will keep you update after the interview to see what happens.

You see I wouldn't mind that news if I was that person, but if I got an interview letter myself after being forced to wait a year I wouldn't be happy!

It is highly unlikely that will happen and if it did at least you would know there is an end to all of this! I feel sorry for the people getting the visa waiver letters now, as we know they probably have a very, very long wait.

Hi here's my case. I Filed for my mom's AOS May 2014, received EAD/AP july 2014, received potential waiver interview case letter aug2014, its been 7 months now still no updates yet for my mom's case still fingerprint fee received and her case is in Nebraska. I called a month ago about her case and uscis said wait 15-30 days to get something in the mail and call them back again. I didn't received anything. I am just confused which comes first cause it says on her case history an inquiry about why case taking longer than processing time is assigned for officer for response.then on her next steps it says an inquiry about why taking longer is not yet assigned for processing. I am not sure which one comes first for both has same date February 17, 2015. thanks for taking time to reply.

I have the same thing...March 9th not assigned and March 9th assigned to officer..I don't understand it either.

We received the receipt notice in the mail yesterday for the EAD renewal but the receipt didn't say anything about the AP and we sent the applications at the same time. Does anyone know if the AP will be automatically renewed with the EAD if both apps were sent at the same time? Has anyone received their renewal card yet??

Did you see my update about the SR letter I got? It basically said my case was still at NBC and was going to be forwarded to Dallas when it was finished processing... or something to that effect, the grammar was awful

I put a complaint request in on the Post Office website and I just got a call from my local office asking for the tracking number, she's emailed the Chicago post office to see what's going on with my EAD renewal I sent last week, she said most likely they just didn't scan the delivery. I hope that's the case as it means USCIS at least received it..

why is Nebraska were sooo slow...unlike california..

Your file wont be with Nebraska it will either be with the NBC or a field office. Ignore it saying it is at Nebraska because it isn't, that is an error!

You haven't missed anything other than perhaps the odd approval one was from Sept if I can remember, the other thing is someone past their anniversary of a year filing and was told it could take up to 2 years. Don't believe that is true, I think someone wanted to get them of the phone and make sure they didn't file a service request or make a phone call for a while. Things are VERY slow, in fact positively going backwards right now!

Hope you enjoyed your holiday/vacation and it was nice and hot where you were!!!
