You've guessed it! I thought I would let other's offer their opinions on this process for a while and I thought if I step back for a while gives me time to see some positive movement, it gets a tad depressing at times.

Hoping you will see your approval this week or at least the letter you have been waiting for!

Boy do I hear that. I've gotten to the point that I sit out of responding to a lot of the post; I basically sit in the corner and make growling noises every once in a while. As one of the "oldsters" I can say you get to the point where you just don't give a crud anymore. USCIS has taken the joy out of the process. When you've crossed over beyond cynicism, you simply growl...So here is one of my growls...

I'm telling myself the date keeps changing because our case is going to reach a decision within the next couple days and they don't see why to response to the SR.

Growl...I guess that means we won't get a decision soon, our last SR was completed on Mar 5tb and a response is coming...I'll bet it says delay 120 days...Growl...

Well our third SR date was just changed again to say " March 9th was assigned to an officer for response". Very weird, on Feb 25th, to Feb 26th, to Mar 2nd, to Mar 4th, to Mar 9th. What is going on??

Your prediction date is the 10th so perhaps they want to give a present for that date of a GC. Stranger things have happened I saw a weird green light in the sky on the way home from Philly yesterday and it wasn't a GC!

Im growling and it isn't my stomach. I follow this topic and have just been out for a meal with my husband and done some grocery shopping (joys) any way I just arrived home to a ton of emails and was hoping to see an approval, no such luck so GROWL!!

Although, Movin on seems to have some weird movement today and I don't mean bowel movement, the USCIS, seem to want to make sure that their prediction comes true it seems or perhaps they are just toying with us all?

Based on your request we researched the status of your case, your case is located at the National Benefits Center (NBC). After processing completion of your case, NBC will be forward the file to the Dallas Field Office for the decision on your application.

And yes it really says "will be forward the file" are they illiterate??

I should also point out the address on the envelope is the Dallas field office, I'm not feeling good right now and I feel we're all for from ending this journey..

Evening all. Well I've had another long few days at work, earning very little. It's a pity that I can't get a job in my field of expertise and earn a bit more but that would require a green card.

Natonstan, well at least your SR says something a little bit different. I doubt it's accurate though. I suspect that your case will eventually end up anywhere but Dallas. Let's hope that is sooner rather than later. I'd say good luck but what is actually required is divine intervention.

I still can't get over the fact I got a 2 line response that had grammatical errors..."will be forward the file".. Come on now USCIS

I told you it would be the Dallas section but I thought sooner rather than later.... Shake my head again, if I shake my head any more it will fall off!

Stop talking the talk USCIS and start walking the walk, if our files are at the NBC well write the reference number pertaining to that, instead of all this dis-information. Notice I didn't say misinformation as I believe they purposely want us to chase our tails! If you need more money USCIS to sort out the process of visa's then charge us more money. I am sure we would prefer to pay the extra rather than have to wait because you have staffing issues!

I think right now it is. I saw someone posting about ROC today and they mentioned the long wait for it, the back logs. However, by the time we get our AOS sorted out there maybe a change and the USCIS may be on top of approvals for ROC.

I remember our lawyer saying that I could have to wait up to 9 months for our K1, it was approved within 30 odd days for an interview. I was shocked it was so quick. Since then, apparently the K1 for an approval is now around the 9 month period, if it goes to Texas. I also think every visa has a time and a place, a bit like the stock market, one commodity may rise and the other may fall at any given time. It is the luck of the draw, the time, the place and what ever takes precedence!!

This is crazy. "...processing completion.. "??!?! You mean parole from incarceration. It takes 60 days from reaching a FO BEFORE approval (and maybe longer as my SR response will say this week). It means That you and we (and most of the rest of us) will have to adjust our prediction because we WILL pass the one year mark...

Illiterate is nice; what I'd say would incur wrath so I will just growl...
