I have a question....what if you have the waiver, and your overseas medical was done in february, your poe was march and you don't get the greencard by March? Does that mean you will have to re-do medical exam here in states?

researched AOS petitions, both Chicago office only and country wide....while I found about 5 or 6 cases of green card in 2-4 months without interview, the VAST majority fall into a time frame of some 5-6 mos. but most in the 6-9 month I-485 NOA-1 to green card,no interview so apparently for most of us we have a long wait ahead.

Hi folks!

Just curious to see if anyone who received their notice of a potential interview waiver in June have gotten any approvals lately? It's only been like 3 months for us but one can wish. Lol. Our 6 month deadline is Dec. 27th...which will really likely mean sometime in the New Year because chances are no one will want to do work on the holidays....gah!

Not so far, ours is dated June 27th.

I received the dreaded letter on June 5, 2014, and I am also still waiting.

My lawyer told me to expect something from late October to late December.

What a drag! If I get in December, It's going to be basically 10 months since we started AOS; I would rather have interviewed in June/July, like many other February filers...

F-1 Visa: Academic years 2007/2010.

K-1 Visa: I-129F sent Aug 2013; Approved Jan 2014.

US Citizenship: Application sent Nov 2017; Fingerprints Nov 2017; Civics/English exam March 2018; Oath May 2018.
