Wow!!! I thought i was the only one who is suffering with the JUSTIFIED USCIS Services...Hope you will get GC soon! I will be completing my wonderful occasion in another 4 days.

It is cases such as yours which dissapoint and further disgust me. It is why I have absolutely no confidence that we will see our "you can stay in America if we want you to" letter even by our less than optimistic prediction date. It took them over 3 months to get through all of the Feb filers...

Guys, I hate to say it things are getting worse, not better...

I don't know, beats me!!! I have to say that she was the worst Tier 2, i ever spoke till the date! The way conversation started, I had a feeling that she is not going to be any help because I could sense that she doesn't give a damn what my NOA1 date was as she had a standard set of reply for everything I asked.

I haven't packed up my laptop yet, as I am just so disgusted. I am sick and tired of making excuses for the USCIS. I am sick and tired of them using their power in a negative way. I think that this needs to be addressed and questions asked. I will no doubt be writing a letter in the near future. I will let you all know the outcome.

Sounds like someone just wanted to get you off the phone and make sure you didn't ring again for a while. If 1 tier 2 says one thing and another an entirely different thing, then someone is making it up as they go along! That's what I thought so as well....Not only off the phone but it appeared to me that She didn't want to file a SR as well....She told me that I have filed 3 SR from October till the date and which delays my case further and doesn't help the situation...According to her, every time i put a SR request they pull the stuff out and then it gets back in the line further back and I am not helping the situation by filing these SRs..

So basically, you sit here and hope that someone will look at your case someday and decide that it has been long enough for us to go through the mental harassment and probably will be kind enough to approve it.

i have question i will get 2 year GC or 10 year as i came here on k1 visa and we applied in august ( last year ) and i got PIW latter in 1st January so it may take 6 to 8 months when i will get GC

If you have been married for less than two years when they approve your green card then you will get a 2 year green card. If you are married more than 2 years then a 10 year green card.

If you have been married for less than two years when they approve your green card then you will get a 2 year green card. If you are married more than 2 years then a 10 year green card.

Unfortunately that is not correct for K-1 AOS. No matter how long it takes or how long you've been married you will only get a 2 year conditional GC with a date from approval. The whole K-1 process requires Removal of Conditions at 2 years to verify the continued legitimacy of the marriage...

That's horse pucky...If you see here on this thread there are couples who never call or submit SR's who wait forever and others who do and get their GC earlier. I think this the same twit I talked to in Dec. No interpersonal skills; the apparent prerequisite for being a USCIS agent...

well do i need to do anything after PIW latter or just wait ? like a lot of people talking about Tier 2 etc i have no idea what is this ( could be customer service support team from where we can get information ) as i got everything Like social,Ead include international travel document etc

You can get a drivers license if you like. Other than that, just wait like us. When is your NOA1 received date and your NPIW date? As of right now it is about a 12 month wait from your NOA1 received date.
