New approval in Immigration Timelines. AOS NOA is 03/14/2014. No mention of NPIW or interview.

http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=161888

Thanks for that, looked at their post and they haven't mentioned AOS in any posts they have made. I guess they just weren't that bothered about getting it sooner rather than later. So all in all a couple of approvals, but none from "old timers" yet! Yet being the operative word!

Good morning Peeps, it's a cold day today. Are you ready for today's ride? Might throw in some prizes today, a couple of GC's, you never know. Any way good luck and may the USCIS force be with you, I would say GC, but that hasn't worked as of late. :)

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

GC  Conditional date:  05/26/2015

N400.  Application:      02/28/2018

Biometrics:                    02/22/2018

Waiting............    Roll my eyes again :(

USA citizen as of 25th of July 2018. :)

Hi everyone!

I have been reading your posts since the begining of this thread. My wife and I are on the same boat like you since March last year. We filed March 24th and are still waiting. Submited several case inquiries and they were all apologizing for the inconvenience but the letter I got yesterday was a bit different so I'm not sure if that's a sign for some movement and light in the tunnel or another long period of waiting. Here's what it says:

"On 03/02/2015 you, or designated representative shown below, contacted us about your case. Some of the information given to us at that time was the following:

Type of service request: Outside Normal Processing Times

The status of this service request is:

Our records reflect that your file (A#) is currently located in another Field Office. The Kansas City Field Office requested your file this date (March 2, 2015). Once Kansas City Field Office receives your file, we will notify you of the next steps of your pendind application."

What do you guys think of that letter?

That's great news! Your case has finally made it to a field office. Now you just need to hope that someone picks it up and processes it sooner rather than later. I'd guess you'll have an approval within 60 days, hopefully much quicker.

Good luck and good morning everyone!

I hope not! We will be out of the country when our year anniversary comes around. Sure will be interesting getting back in the country without a working AP or green card in hand. ?

You'll be leaving the country without AP if you don't have your green card by then? Just want to clarify, because it's not a good idea to do that.

MissSarah is absolutely correct and it's even worse than a bad idea. If you leave the country without a GC or a valid AP you will be considered to have abandoned your application and you can kiss the US behind until you start this all over again as K-3 and my understanding is you could not reapply for 2 years. Derwood is right, you must take the mindset right now that you will be waiting for at least 12 months or longer for your approval from filing date. Renew your AP and you can go using this until you get your GC...

It's good that its gone out to a field office to be looked at, at least it's not rotting at the NBC. I think that they will either approve your AOS or want you to attend an interview. The thing is though its left the NBC to be adjudicated so that is movement. Unfortunately they can take up to 90 days to do this, but given that it is nearly a year then I doubt it will take that long.

Well to be honest I don't blame you for becoming disheartened. I thought that the USCIS might play catch up, but it looks like they are sinking and have no plan of action whatsoever. Sooner or later one of the "old timers" who post on here on a regular basis will announce they have that ever elusive GC! Hopefully perhaps today?

Congratulations!!! I think you're the first person I can remember that has actually made it to the 1 year mark. Normally the USCIS don't let you get there and nip it in the bud, but I guess you slipped the net. I am just shaking my head and resigning myself to the fact that they don't really care about us nor do they care about keeping families together. Well done USCIS!

I agree with Derwood the news is good but disgusting as well. Why? It takes time to move a file to a field office, even across town from the Supermax Penitentiary at Lee's Molehill to the KC Office. Then and only then do you start the next wait there - 60 days. We have the same NOA. Our file was requested by the NYC office on 1/23 and it didn't arrive until 2/4 and we still wait. And unfortunately it sounds like you might wait longer than us. We predicted 3/28, but I believe that is optimistic. We will see our 1 year "anniversary" and we will NOT celebrate. #USCISyoustink
