Lol, to be honest I am just don't know what they do, no visas seem to be issued in a hurry nor GC's, they obviously need a reshuffle or something to be more efficient. It's not as if they don't have the funds from all their customers.

I hate to say it, but USCIS is in the advantage position right now and no matter what they do they'll always find excuses and that's what sucks about it. This bureaucracy just kills all the hopes, they are hiding behind those walls of "SR and generic emails. And we have to patiently wait

I hate to say it, but USCIS is in the advantage position right now and no matter what they do they'll always find excuses and that's what sucks about it. This bureaucracy just kills all the hopes, they are hiding behind those walls of "SR and generic emails. And we have to patiently wait

If they actually got the visas sorted out and GC's it would save a lot of man hours dealing with SR's, phone calls and having to do biometrics all over again. How can they ok us for an EAD/AP card and not a GC? Surely it would simplify matters to just go straight to a GC, as Im sure they have to look through the file to issue an EAD card. My K1 I was pretty impressed with, but I must admit that impression has since faded.

Weird, I sent a SR last week and Monday it said that is was assigned to an officer (March 2,2015). I just went in to check and that same exact message has the date changed and says March 4, 2015 was assigned to an officer. Very weird.

Wouldn't that be fantastic?! Especially with the trouble with the EAD that we are having.

Its about time one of the "oldies" on here got an approval and I don't mean old as in age, old as in the AOS process!

I sent one Feb 14, Feb 18 it was assigned to an officer and it still says that. I had my biometrics at the Cincinnati office, but the SR ends in LOU, that field office is working on June 2, my Fingerprint Fee was accepted May 13...so maybe good news soon? I hope.

If that is no where near your local office, it looks like your case file has left NBC and your time is very near!
