Wow I would be beyond mad if that happened to me! We're all in the dark about where our cases are being sent but we've never seen someone go in for an interview and then get turned away

It seems it hasn't left the Benefits Centre yet. Has to go to a field office to be adjudicated which it hasn't in your case, so yeah it's going to take longer, but hopefully your request might actually make them send your case file off to some random field office.

Doubt that has anything to do with it. My theory is that they have a monthly meeting and decide what takes the back burner and which visas they should be concentrating on. Unfortunately they don't see AOS GC's as a priority as we already have an EAD card. So its like well they are temporarily taken care off. They don't seem to realise that some jobs don't allow EAD cards, that it puts the process with the immigration journey back for a year and can impact other visas for being reunited with family members.

You have got to be kidding!! I thought I heard everything!! Elephants do fly!! You need to get on the phone with Tier 3, that's right I said Tier 3. Have you got a copy of your interview invitation? You need to call your Congressman, your Senators immediately. You need to fire off an email to Director Rodriguez's email (look back about 20 pages). You need to raise the roof!! You've been screwed! It's bad enough when GuisippiG got letters saying they would schedule an interview and never got it, you had a date and time. I remember your post. DO NOT LET THIS STAND!! THESE FOOLS MUST COME TO ACCOUNT!! With that interview letter, you congressman or senators can make things happen ...This is just plain insanity... #USCISyousuck

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?? Extended review?? so that means, it will take longer again?? Ugh!

It means that your file is located in a warehouse an "extended" distance from the NBC office in a KC suburb and it is udergoing the same review we all get - none; dust gathering. The garbage continues...
