I know this has happened to a few people but I just got locked out of my USCIS account for inactivity, I guess checking it 12 times a day isn't classed as being 'active'.. ah well I changed my password and got back in

They're likely referring to the scaremongering statement from the USCIS union last year. It simply referred to the plan to expand eligibility for interview waiver cases. I highly doubt there's any way

Just received a letter of PIW 4 days after it it was received. The waiver letter stated that they were backlogged and we should expect a 6 month delay due to case backlog; 'don't bother to call us for the next 180 days'. So it looks like September 2015, very smooth sailing after Sept 2014 POE. :star:

I don't think they use to say not to bother calling them for 120 days, so that is new. Natonstan my letter in December said up to 6 months, not between 6 and 9 months. Have they ever said that or is that what they say when you call or make a service request?

Excited to see that some April Peeps are getting green card. Our Fingerprint Fee was accepted on April 10th NPIW July 10th. Hoping to hear something soon.

Excited to see that some April Peeps are getting green card. Our Fingerprint Fee was accepted on April 10th NPIW July 10th. Hoping to hear something soon.

Throw a dart at a one page calender...then drink 3 pints of your finest stout and enjoy 'cuz that's the last enjoyment you'll get for a long while...

It takes me three pints to aim in a straight line, as it does to play a game of pool and beat my husband. Yep I beat him at pool on his birthday of all days. Classic!

Youre lucky getting the letter now, as most people don't get this letter until around a month after the EAD/AP card has been produced, making their wait even longer! It's actually up to 90 days for EAD production but you can call or make a service request after 75 days and trust me they make you wait the full 75 days before allowing a request as I made one on day 74 and they made me ring back when it got to 75.

OK there are a lot of posts to wade through here...so I'm just gonna ask this:

I received this waiver letter today and I'm just wondering does this only apply for GC? (and not the combo card?)

Cause we received an RFE before (they've received my response on Feb 3rd) so I still haven't gotten my combo card (I'm aware that I'll have to wait 75 days for this that's why I haven't been calling them inquiring about my combo cards production yet)

And today, I receive this letter.

Will I be waiting for my combo card TOGETHER with my GC for approx. 6 months as well??

Cause that'll be...ridiculous! I need to get a job, and a driver's license....
