It'll be interesting to see if that '60 day' thing turns out to be true, that would mean you could hear anytime around the 5th, then again when has a Tier 1 ever said anything truthful

I know it. But you so want to believe them at this point and everyone I have talked to (Tier 1) have been very very nice. But, I haven't heard so far of anyone actually getting a date from the Tier 1. So I was shocked when she told me that information.

Was Tier 2 told you that your case has been in your local field office since Jan 4, 2015? Oh? I am totally confused! because I believe that our cases are still in NBC.

Where are our cases NOW?

No it was a Tier 1 that told me that it was at my local office since Jan 4th.

5/07/2014 Got Married! F1 student with OPT

5/30/2014 I485 fingerprint fee received

6/30/2014 Biometrics done

7/30/2014 OPT Expired

8/11/2014 EAD card approved

2/18/2015 Immigration Services Officer told my congresswoman that my case is PIW

2/23/2015 My lawyer said my case is in NYC field office (not sure if it's true)

I bet USCIS are exhausted approving one GC today. Sorry if I sound a tad sarcastic, but the drip, drip continues. Please let us know the field office it came from you are able.

Not all are at the NBC, some do escape and end up in random field offices. Nlhernan's has. Up to 60 days once they get there. Interesting!

I can imagine it now a huge meeting about the approval, then they probably did a raffle to see who might press the button on the computer to issue the "wulcum to marica" letter and the GC!

Don't forget about the meeting afterwards "Right then boys, it was a slow start but eventually we pulled through at the end there, if we keep this work up we may just get another one out tomorrow, I want to see that sort of effort out there in the office tomorrow, remember there's no I in team"

Local field office is Lawrence MA.

Ill let you know where the card came from when it gets here ... hopefully in a few days.

The card always come from Missouri, NBC. It's the field office which interests us, not always your local one, but thanks any way.

Sad thing here is that it does seem to be one approval a day.

Perhaps they should change their wheaties in the morning for scrambled egg? I hear protein gives you more stamina and endurance.

Hey everyone - update! You may remember we received a REF for our vaccination record? Well we sent in another copy - with a cover letter stating this was the second copy that we were sending in and if they required anything else to help resolve our application, to get in touch.

Well today ... we received an email that our card was (finally!) in production. 11 months on! YEY!

FYI: Application acceptance was 04/02/14, Interview Waiver 07/10/14, Decision made in the Los Angeles, CA office (although our local office is Baltimore)

Good luck everyone still waiting - I hope we now see a flood of card productions!
