Well, it's been a long day for both of us; though she slept through most of it and is in a dilaudid haze at the moment in an ICU. We're it me not her, I would give much.

The news is good. They were able to remove the entire mass using a nasal approach. It is benign. Surrounding structures were spared. She can see at least as well as before surgery. Any improvement back towards normal will be over time. They are monitoring her closely. She is resting comfortably.

Thank you for all your kind thoughts and prayers...They helped, a lot...

BTW I predict March 28th...

They're likely referring to the scaremongering statement from the USCIS union last year. It simply referred to the plan to expand eligibility for interview waiver cases. I highly doubt there's any way

I am glad and relieved. She is in the best place she could possibly be for this operation and with the best husband she could possibly have. I hope she makes a speedy recovery and you as Derwood said do make me laugh also! Prayers are still being said. God bless!

Good morning Peeps,

Well another day in the journey towards our GC, last day of the month for USCIS and hopefully they have a certain quota to get through they need to push that button and issue GC's before March makes it through the door.

I wish you all good luck and may we see at least 3 or more approvals today. Yeah right I know that's what you are all thinking... Remember stranger things have happened and sooner or later they have to press the YAY button! :)

How often to the field offices update processing times? Last update was 31 December... Is it quarterly updated or...?

I think they say on their website monthly, around the middle of the month. It updated in Jan and reflected the end of November and then on 11th Feb to reflect the end of December.

I heard the processing times are supposed to update on the 15th but from what we've seen the past 2 months it's been random, I think it was on the 10th last month?

I was close! I just typed up the EAD I-765 and printed it out ready with my cover letter and the E-notification form, just gotta put my passport photos and photocopies of the NOA1 receipt and copies of my passport and EAD and I'll be able to send it off on Monday, I'm doing it the day before my 120 window since I know the mail will take a day or two and then USCIS seem to take a week before they're sending notifications

And from what I can tell there will be a biometric's appointment, which will mean time off work to have it done. SMH again! Hopefully now you have a tier 2 involved they will be pressing that approval button for you!

Happy, Happy Birthday Derwood,

It was mine two weeks ago today, the 13th, yeah don't say a word about the date! My husbands tomorrow and also my brothers. (they have the same one). Oh and it would be my mums on Sunday but sadly she died in 2000. Funny thing my best friend at high school has a birthday today, she will be, well not telling you, its a big one, but it will give my age away. :)

I hope your birthday wish comes true and because I am a generous type of girl you can have two wishes today! I didn't wish for you know what, even though my husband kindly bought me a cake and then kindly ate it! lol May the GC be with you!

Gone up $10 since last summer. Glad I could help. Don't know why they do a medical with an eye test and do another eye test at the driving centre though. Glad I could help and I'm sure they were intrigued by the Australian accent, bet they don't get many "Aussies" in Pittsburgh! :)
