Hi Ronyrony

Thanks for your answer, but I think I was no clear about my consern.

My case is still in aceptance step.

But I always check if is any change on the processing times for the differents forms that I filed for (i-130 and i-485)

Last time the page says that for i-130 the NBC office was on time, taking 5 months for the process.

But today I checked and now the chart don't show the i-130 forms. So I don't know if is something to worry about or they just forguet to add it in the chart.

Whooop! Just checked online today and apparently our Green Card was approved/mailed out on 11th August! We received our Interview Waiver Letter on 5th May, and had originally filed in the middle of January!!

I think it went to the Texas office, although we moved during the process to Chicago, so I'm not sure where it was finally processed! Good luck to everyone else though!!

Wow!! got email in the morning saying.

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production

"we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you."

and 3 hours ago got another email saying.

Your Case Status: Decision

"we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later"

Does that mean i will get my permanent resident card soon? Btw received a waiver letter on 30 june 2014, and filed the case on 23rd of march 2014.

Card/ Document Production

On August 21, 2014, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file. You should receive your new card within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Its been updated 3 times in this week. im wondering what is going on. and i have not received a welcome letter. Can someone shed a light on this issue please?

The updates are normal. I received my welcome letter one day before the physical card, so you should get yours in the next few days. Congrats!

Hey VJers,

I just received the waiver notice August 19. We applied in May; combo EAD/AP card arrived on July 27. So here we are again....waiting. Hopefully, no interview. That seems like such a pain.
