So I rushed home Friday after I got off work to make a call to USCIS to speak to Tier 2 before 6:00 PM . I got home, called and call was answered,I explained and asked to speak to Tier 2 because I wanted to make Infopass appointment, so I wanted t know if our case was at local field office. He said he would highly suggest that I make an appointment ( what does he know??), but Tier 2 had left 9 minutes before, they leave at 5:30 apparently ( wish the guy that I talked to earlier that day would have let me know, figures!) and now I have to call back again today on my lunch break while my husband is there. Frankly, I'm very tired of this run-around. *sigh*

For any fellow oldsters (like me) that remember when you used to have to buy admission and then use tickets to get on rides at Disneyland (and that was way back - prior to 1982 to be exact); they would call this an "E" ticket ride, though if I didn't have to ride, I wouldn't waste the ticket...

I remember the booklets. It's the "E" ticket ride on Ground Hog Day and your now vomiting.

Ive been vomiting all weekend, normally I would put it down to food poisoning or a bug, but perhaps I am just sick to the stomach of seeing everyone going through this process, getting nowhere particularly and being fobbed off at every opportunity when they ring up the USCIS!

Go for the info pass, it sounds the only way forward to get any information relating to your case. Looking forward to hearing what they say about it when you ring up at lunch time.

Good morning everyone.... hope to see something new today. I checked the immigration timelines and noticed someone updated their timeline to reflect 2/15 approval Without interview. What's disconcerting is the AOS NOA date of 12/12/2013. Wish I had better news to post....

And I noticed someone's timeline this morning when they were replying to another topic and they filed around March the 3rd, got there card in July, seems no interview, no letter, just a straight forward process.. So again no rhyme or reason to any of this process, just the luck of the draw it seems.

Something that keeps disturbing me with this process, is that we have to do this mess again for ROC and from what nlhernan said awhile ago, is that the interview for that is rough. I have a rock in my stomach about it frankly. I guess we still just keep saving documents and pictures until the time to wait again. I guess im a bit negative today, so sorry. I'm just so tried of the worry each and every day.

Wouldn't worry about it, probably be pensioners by that time and we can show them our pension going into the bank and our receipts for hearing aids, false teeth and zimmer frames.

Don't stress about that just yet. Let's get over this NPIW hurdle first. I don't anticipate any difficulties with the ROC interview only because we have pics from 11 years ago and of our wedding, our vacation in California together, we're going to Las Vegas in March for our wedding anniversary and planning on taking many pics there as well. I have had her on my Medical insurance at work since she got here. We hope to have our own house by then under both our names And I still have to add her name to my bank acccounts etc....
