So, I tired to call today when I got back from my lunch break. The very nice gentleman said he would let me talk to a Tier 2 if my husband was there to verify over the phone to talk to me, because he was the Applicant on the I485 and they go by the signature on the application. Sooooo I will have to rush home after work and call while my husband is with me and try again. I will let you all know how it goes.

I did see on UK person get an interview but that is probably because he came over and married on VWP, which would have raised a big red flag, he probably got his card already, because doing things the wrong way seems to get rewarded!

I think there are plenty of us non-UK/Canadian/Irish people out here waiting with you. Maybe we just are less vocal/active on this thread since we've already had plenty of experience with the lack of rhyme and reason from USCIS. I can still vividly remember seeing one or two non-expedited I-129f petitions being approved in a matter of weeks at the same service center where most petitions languished for months and months (when we applied, it was Vermont).

I couldn't agree you more. We've had so much experience with USCIS backlog for I-129f application in 2013. All application I-129f 2012 Dec was transferred from Vermont to Texas and that was crazy moment for all of us. Most applications took about 10 months to be approved. I feel VJ is information sharing portal with many virtual friends from different countries who always help and motivate each other for a long hard journey.

Looks like the following member posted in another forum that they received RFE for marriage certificate. NOA is 03/20/14. No mention of NPIW in the timeline, but if I'm not mistaken, this member has posted on this forum before.
