I'm talking about a service request they sent out to me on the 11th, I know I won't get the WELCOME letter just yet

So what time do you get home? We have to visit my husband's parents when he gets home but after shovels the driveway of this never ending snow and after we eat the chili I have made for tea! I will be straight to my laptop when we get back, looking for updates!

Did it have a reference number? Might give you a clue to where it is, if you don't already know!

I hate any service request with the word "delay" or "pending" in the body of the letter - that is basically all of them. I could try to be encouraging and say they didn't say wait another 120 days, but I won't...

I continue to be even more discouraged...

I can guarantee I will be talking to my Senator's office at the 12 month date on 4/3 because this nightmare won't over by then.

Hey all,

We sent our AOS package off in April 2014, and received the Potential Interview Waiver Case letter on July 10th. We're now 1 month past the 6 month anticipated delay, and approaching our EAD renewal time (never thought I'd have to worry about renewing it haha).

After reading a few other posts, I realize I'm not alone! Let's all cry together!

Seriously though, I can totally relate to those that are tired of feeling they have no place-- feeling like a guest who's unsure if they've overstayed their welcome. It's rough. Can't wait to be done with this overwhelmingly stressful process.

yups, all of my fingers are crossed including my husband's! :D

Oh wow, that's the same thing I got a month ago. We have the same NPIW date. I guess we need just to be strong and hope that they will speed up soon. It's not a great news obviously but based on other March cases being approved now, I really hope that we are next. You'll see, you'll get it in a few weeks ;)

Hope i wont receive any RFEs for medical etc. gosh, that would be really terrible! Anyways, i finally received my NOA1 for my EAD Renewal application, notice date is Feb. 8

I hate any service request with the word "delay" or "pending" in the body of the letter - that is basically all of them. I could try to be encouraging and say they didn't say wait another 120 days, but I won't...

I continue to be even more discouraged...

I'ts odd...your NOA renewal is Feb 8th, that is a Sunday. My inquiry letter was dated Jan 19th Monday. that is a holiday Martin Luther King Jr. day. The actual notice date on our paper NOA is April 7th, that is a Sunday. Rober said that he wont have to wait past March 15th, that is a Sunday., to get his green card. So they work on weekends and holidays? Odd
