If someone was going to get an PIW... is there a normal timeframe of receiving that? I ask because most people get that interview waiver within 3 months of submitting their AOS package. Who here has received a PIWL after like 4-6 months?!

I got mine waiver letter after around 4 months. I filed in mid August and received the letter mid December.

That's 2 people approved recently with the same NOA as me. Not getting my hopes up but it's good news for sure! Would be nice if the people who filed before me received theirs first though. Maybe this will be a good week for us???

The main reason we did file a request is because his medical is expired

Looks like someone updated their timeline this afternoon to reflect approval they received without interview on 2/12. Their NOA for AOS is 03/31.

I looked at the link you sent me, but it didn't tell me much of anything whether they got an interview, a letter etc. I am assuming they must have got a letter though, due to such a long wait.

I do believe that there will be a lot of approvals in the next few weeks. If Natonstans letter is a Welcome Letter then he owes me a drink... a VERY large one. :) Hoping everyone hears something shortly, it has been a long time coming!

Seems I always come through as the cynical wet blanket, but here goes. Natostan, it took about 5 days after both of our most resent message sent notices online to the time the letter got dropped through the slot by the official purveyor of the mail. Sorry shell, I don't share your optimism that it is a "Wulcum 2 Merka" letter. He would have seen a change in status in his my case page. It will be important as to the actual postal return address and whether it uses a word other than delay in the body of the letter. Natostan, still wanna know who the fairy godmother was who submitted your request in absentia.
